Our tools, your vision
Our industrial CNC plasma cutter can cut aluminum, stainless, and mild steel up to 5/8″ thick and entire 4 by 8 foot sheets of material; allowing for us to accommodate large signage or small to medium product runs.
With GTAW [TIG Welding], any metal becomes a possibility for your project. From bargain bin mild steel to exotic materials like copper or Inconel, nothing is out of reach. This weld profile leaves a very handsome finish without the need for further grinding or sanding. Ideal if you want to showcase the craftsmanship, but it does come at the cost of speed.
Of course, for faster prototyping or just for increase production speed, GMAW (MIG) is the go to choice for most fabricators. Cheap, and efficient, MIG is great for mild steel projects where you need structural welds or for projects where everything will be ground smooth and finished.
